Rich worked in marketing sales and operations in a digital environment for 10 years and he is now using these skills to support those wanting to do good.
He has mentored chief executives of charities, run his own CIC and helped run The Global Changemakers, Leeds Digital Drinks and sat on boards of other social purpose ventures.
He has a passion to support organisations doing good to become sustainable through great use of digital and marketing.
Web Development Director
Sam started his career in IT supporting over 2000 UK Primary School’s and their IT solutions before moving on to work for some of the UK’s biggest holiday brands.
In 2011 he started his own web design agency and has been successfully designing websites for businesses both in the UK and Internationally ever since which include non profits and community groups.
He is also a keen photographer and a Civil Aviation Authority certified Drone Pilot and has another business providing Aerial Photos and Video to clients in the Yorkshire Dales.
Viky Sutcliffe joined us in November 2020 and has worked for organisations including Unltd The Foundation for Social Entrepreneurs, Get Out More CIC, Keighley Big Local, Bradford Environmental Action Trust and other charities in the Yorkshire region as well.
Viky brings a wealth of experience in social media, email marketing and supports our charities with their daily operational and marketing tasks.
Sven is an illustrator and designer based in Baildon, West Yorkshire. “I love illustrations that absorb the viewer and provide something new every time they are looked at. Art should be a shared experience, available and accessible to everyone.”
Sven has previously worked on commercial illustrations for companies such as the National Media Museum, NHS England, the Science Museum, TUI/Thomson Cruises, the RSPB and the V & A.
Matt has eleven years working in the design industry in both agency, and in-house roles. He has a vast range of experience working on print and digital design both nationally and globally. His enthusiasm for his job stems from a genuine love for art and design. He has recently embarked on his independent creative career.

Sam is also a seasoned international public speaker and nonprofit committee member.

Josie worked in the education, skills and public sector for over 20 years, setting up and managing a range of skills and funding programmes. Using her first-hand experience of understanding what funders require when assessing bids and grant funding applications, she has worked with employers, training providers and colleges to support them to write funding applications to successfully access a range of funding.
Josie offers bid and grant funding sourcing and writing service to a range of organisations – charities, voluntary and community organisations, CICs, social enterprises and training providers.
Comms / Copywriting
Lucy has worked as a senior copywriter, content editor, and strategist for 13 years. Her drive for positive change keeps her working with incredible creative agencies, NGOs and inspiring businesses, designing new and inventive ways to keep us all feeling something that matters.
An analogue/digital filmmaker & photographer, Christian has worked on campaigns for companies such as Guinness through to Diageo, & his films have shown at festivals throughout Europe. Christian was Artist in Residence at the National Media Museum in 2015.
