About iHope Foundation Charity Web Design Case Study

Features of the site

iHope Foundation is a grassroots organisation dedicated to creating fairer futures by supporting communities in need.

Their work centres on delivering essential relief — such as food parcels and clean water — to villages around the world.

iHope approached Agency For Good with a clear mission: to build a stronger visual identity and a user-friendly website that better communicates their purpose. Their existing brand and online presence didn’t reflect the vibrant, community-led ethos that drives their work.

They wanted something hopeful, creative, a little bit quirky — and most importantly, something that would inspire trust and connection with supporters.

We began with a brand workshop to understand their values, personality, and aspirations. From there, we developed a fresh visual identity that includes:

  • A new primary logo
  • Simple brand guidelines (colours, fonts, photography & videography guidance)
  • Brand elements for social media and templates

Once the brand was finalised, we moved on to redesigning the website – ensuring it aligned with their new visual identity and goals. The new site is:

  • Fully accessible
  • Mobile-optimised
  • SEO-ready
  • Easy to update and manage
  • CAF Donate integrated for seamless giving
