Navigating Complex Audiences & WCAG Accessibility

As an umbrella organisation supporting hundreds of other charities, GCVS caters to a massive, diverse audience. Their design brief required an incredibly thoughtful approach to UX (User Experience). We designed a clean, accessible community hub that logically separates training resources, support services, and news without overwhelming the visitor. We also ensured the entire site adheres strictly to WCAG accessibility standards, ensuring no user is left behind.

Modernising a Decade-Old Visual Identity

For grant-giving trusts, establishing trust and approachability is key. When SGMT approached us, their visual identity and website hadn't been updated in over a decade. We worked closely with their team to completely reimagine their brand. We designed a vibrant, welcoming colour palette and logo that perfectly reflects their £60,000 annual impact in music and the arts. The new design beautifully showcases their success stories through dedicated, highly visual case study areas.

Ethical non-profit platform for Naturewatch Foundation. We delivered a campaign-driven directory to promote cruelty-free consumer advocacy.

Revitalising UX & Driving Engagement

When a charity's website looks dated, users struggle to find the information they need, and engagement drops. The Clapham Society came to us needing a complete visual refresh. We stripped away the clutter and designed a bright, contemporary interface with intuitive navigation. By introducing simple, highly visual templates, we transformed their user journey—making the site significantly easier for their audience to use, which directly resulted in a 30% increase in monthly visits.

Building MOVE Europe's new website with Agency For Good was a great experience. Rich and Sam were responsive to all feedback and showed genuine interest in understanding how our charity works and what we needed from our website. They gave some great suggestions that ensured our new website wasn't just our old website with a new coat of paint, but a better functioning and more intuitive site overall.

Their rates are really fair because they are aimed at charities and social enterprises - they were able to offer us all the website functionality that we wanted for less than half the price that other web developers quoted.
