About The Unity Project – Charity Website Design Case Study

Features of the site

The Unity Project exist to support migrants who have no recourse to public funds (NRPF).

They provide support to people who are facing poverty and/or homelessness as a result of their immigration status and the systemic discrimination behind it. Specifically, they assist destitute people with ‘No Recourse to Public Funds’ (NRPF).

They are the only organisation in the UK that specifically assists with the complex immigration application needed to gain access to public funds.

We began with a brand workshop to understand their values, personality, and aspirations. From there, we developed a fresh visual identity that includes:

  • A new primary logo
  • Simple brand guidelines (colours, fonts, photography & videography guidance)
  • Brand elements for social media and templates

Once the brand was finalised, we moved on to redesigning the website – ensuring it aligned with their new visual identity and goals. The new site is:

  • Excellent Accessibility Standards

  • Optimised for all devices

  • SEO ready

  • Built in contact forms

  • Fast loading times

  • Easy to edit for all team members

  • One off and recurring donations

  • Smart and dynamic filtering for content

What They Said

“We loved working with Agency for Good. From the outset they were friendly and professional, and throughout the process they communicated well and were really responsive to our requests. We’re very happy with our relaunched website which we plan to use as a springboard to build our online impact.
” – Michael Boyle, The Unity Project, Director
