Health Exchange / LWTC Rebrand

We held a workshop to gain a brief to start developing the visual brand.

Once this was completed we then designed a few options. One option was chosen which we developed into the final brand.

The outputs included a primary logo as well as a brand guidelines document. This document included how to use the logos, colours guide, new fonts guide, brand elements / patterns and several examples of how to use them, some of which can be seen below.

In addition to this we provided brand assets that would cover templates for social media and elements for use in their own designs.

About Health Exchange / LWTC Rebrand

Health Exchange is a charity dedicated to improving health and wellbeing by educating, motivating, and supporting individuals to make positive lifestyle changes. With a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services, the organisation ensures its approach is inclusive, innovative, and community-focused. By recruiting and investing in local staff, Health Exchange builds a team that reflects the diverse communities it serves. Their work is driven by core values such as excellence, social value, empowerment, and continuous improvement, ensuring that services meet the needs of individuals and commissioners alike.

At the heart of their approach is collaboration, working alongside individuals to foster sustainable health improvements. Through tailored support and community engagement, Health Exchange empowers people to take control of their own health, improving both physical and mental well-being. This philosophy extends to the Healthier You NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme, delivered through Living Well Taking Control. As a behaviour change initiative, the programme helps individuals identify and address risk factors for Type 2 diabetes, equipping them with the tools and knowledge needed to adopt a healthier lifestyle and reduce their risk. By emphasising prevention and self-management, Health Exchange aims to create lasting, positive change in the communities it serves.
